As a welding robot operator, you are responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring welding robots in a state-of-the-art production facility. You make sure everything runs smoothly and keep the quality of the work at the highest level.

This is what you'll do:

• Operate and adjust automated welding robots for various metal products
• Carry out quality checks and inspect welding for accuracy
• Modify programs when required, working according to strict guidelines
• Independently solve minor malfunctions and perform basic maintenance on the machines
• Work closely with the production department and colleagues on the shop floor
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace

• Experience or education in metalworking
• Knowledge of automated welding systems and able to read technical drawings
• Accurate and quality-oriented working style
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good command of the Dutch language
