As a Housekeeping General Service Staff (afternoon shift) at Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam in Amsterdam, you will work alongside your colleagues to maintain our beautiful public spaces in the iconic Scheepvaarthuis, right in the city center. Your efforts ensure that guests feel welcome and comfortable! In this role as a general service staff member, cleaning staff, or housekeeping attendant, you are the face of our hotel during the evening hours.What will you be doing?

• Cleaning and keeping the lobby, corridors, elevators, and public restrooms tidy with an eye for hospitality.
• Ensuring a fresh, well-kept appearance of the entire hotel in accordance with 5-star standards.
• Identifying any issues or defects in the public areas and reporting them to the supervisor.
• Restocking supplies in restrooms and meeting rooms.
• Ensuring that all hospitality standards and hygiene regulations of our hotel are adhered to.

Where will you be doing this?In the former Shipping House of Amsterdam, you'll find one of the city's most iconic five-star hotels: Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam. The hotel features 205 luxurious rooms, including 22 suites, 8 meeting and event rooms, a Bar Lounge, and a Spa & Wellness center. • You are available to work in the afternoon from 3PM untill 11 PM
• You maintain high standards for hygiene and service. 
• You have a positive attitude. 
• You are a team player. 
• You have an eye for detail and work with guest satisfaction in mind. 
• You are independent, accurate, and proactive. 
• The candidate must have a valid residence and work permit for the Netherlands.

• An energetic position of 24 to 38 hours where no day is the same.
• A salary according to the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement, €14,90 to €15,68 per hour, depending on your experience.
