With more than 300 hotels in 20+ countries, we believe that success lies in the talent and passion of our people. Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands). What will you be responsible for?·       Supporting the F&B Manager in the opening and setup of the department.·       Supervising daily operations in restaurant, bar, and banqueting.·       Assisting with recruitment, training, scheduling, and team development.·       Monitoring inventory, purchasing, and cost‑control processes.·       Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving service issues.·       Coordinating with the kitchen and events teams.·       Contributing to upselling initiatives and service improvements. What are we looking for?·       Experience as Assistant F&B Manager, Head Waiter, or similar role.·       Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.·       Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).·       Strong communication and organizational skills.·       Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. What do we offer?·       Up to 50% discount in our 4/5 hotels worldwide.·       Free and unlimited online training with The Power Business School.·       Access to our Employee Club with exclusive advantages and discounts.·       Referral program rewarding your recommendations with hotel nights.·       The opportunity to be part of the opening of a new international hotel.

Job requirements
