Someone who sets the direction and builds the energy behind it by inspiring and empowering a team to grow, collaborate and bring their own flavour to every moment. You create an environment where people feel seen, challenged and supported, where talent is developed and teams come together to deliver something that feels effortless.   What are my responsibilities? As the Director of Beverage and Food, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our hotel's culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality and innovation across all dining outlets. From managing day-to-day operations to developing strategic initiatives for revenue and profit growth and guest satisfaction, you will lead a talented team to deliver memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.  What are we looking for?  We are looking for a leader who sees Beverage & Food as more than an operation. For you, it is a stage to create, to connect and to leave a lasting impression. You bring clarity, energy and direction, and know how to translate vision into experiences that feel effortless to our guests. You combine a sharp business mindset with a strong sense of creativity. You understand the numbers, but never lose sight of the atmosphere, the team and the story behind every outlet. You:    

• Have Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.  

• Have proven track record of success in senior B&F leadership roles within hotels or and upscale independent dining establishments. 

• Poses strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyse budgets, forecast revenues and control B&F & wage costs effectively. 

• Show exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. 

• Shine with his presence on the floor and inspire the teams to elevate standards and quality experiences by his/her presence. 

• Have creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation, with a keen understanding of current food and beverage trends and consumer preferences. 

• Poses excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 

• Are proficient in relevant software applications, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. 

• Are fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage & additional language skills are desirable.
