IHCP is looking for a Front Office Crew Member to join our Moxy & Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in the iconic Muzentoren, right in the heart of The Hague.Two brands, one building, 311 rooms. Part of Marriott International, the world's biggest hospitality company, our hotel opened in August 2022 and quickly became the largest hotel in The Hague and now we're looking for YOU to be part of it.Moxy is bold, playful and social; where guests grab a drink, play a game and connect.

Best of both worlds? Absolutely. JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Front Office Crew Member, you are the host, the problem solver and the first impression our guests will remember. You are the welcoming force in the hotel, the FUN HUNTER, young at heart, playful and always ready to WOW.In this role, you will:

• Work together with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms and activating key cards
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to brand standards
• Anticipate guest needs and show genuine appreciation
• Process payments (room charges, cash, debit and credit cards)
• Handle check-outs, including late and disputed charges
• Answer and process guest calls, messages, requests and concerns
• Provide directions and local recommendations
• Serve food & beverages when needed and make recommendations
• Keep your work area clean, organized and HACCP-compliant
• Take care of front office equipment
• Support and guide the team to ensure a positive working environment
• Share your knowledge and local discoveries with guests
• Morning / Evening / Night shifts

Job requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTSYou:

• Are excited to work in a new, large-scale hotel in The Hague
• Communicate confidently in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Enjoy working in a diverse and international team
• Are a self-starter with a passion for hospitality
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Are guest-focused, energetic and solution-oriented
• Are looking for a full-time role
• Can provide two professional references

The two brands that will be respresented in this building are Moxy and Residence INN. We are opening in August of 2022 and are NOW looking for our first team members to come aboard!
BrandsMoxy is all about guests enjoying a free-spirited Instagram worthy place where they can have a drink in our bar or play a game in a playful environment. A great way of meeting new people and enjoying life at best! Self service is the best service, but don't worry, our bar is always open and ‘the crew' is ready on duty to serve!
Residence INN by Marriott on the other hand is an extended stay brand whereby our guests stay for longer periods of time. It is up to us to make them feel at home with our family of associates! Although their room has all the facilities they need for a longer stay, our associates are always there to help and assist guests in our Residence inn Lounge - the public living and working space. This is also where our Residence INN guests can enjoy their breakfast or a cocktail or have a chat with whoever they meet!
