Groups, Meetings & Events Intern (May & July 2026) Are you passionate about hospitality and looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning and sales? Join the dynamic Cluster Team at PPHE Hotel Group and kickstart your career in the exciting world of Group, Meetings & Events (GM&E). As a GM&E Intern , you will support the GM&E team across our six unique hotels, contributing to both reactive sales and event operations. You'll be involved in a wide range of activities, including planning, execution, internal communication, and coordination with various departments to ensure seamless event delivery. We're looking for someone who can start in May or July 2026 for at least 6 to 10 months. As Groups, Meetings & Events Intern you will receive:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, group stays, and events.
• Support GM&E team with daily administrative tasks and client communication.
• Liaise with operational departments to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage follow-up processes related to events and group bookings.

Who we're looking for:

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
• You are passionate about hospitality, guest service, and event planning.
• You have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• You are available to work up to 38 hours per week for a minimum of six months.
• You are enrolled in a university during the entire internship period.
