THE POSITION Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our People & Culture department as a Talent Acquisition Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field and grow their career in HR. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:
  • Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate communication.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Provide support with administrative tasks as needed.
Job requirements
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assisting with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Assisting with reference and background checks.
  • Updating and maintaining candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assisting with other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of an ATS system is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • You are legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or enrolled in a Dutch Institution.
