INNSiDE Amsterdam is the only Melia hotel in The Netherlands, the hotel has 328 rooms, 2 restaurants (including a sky bar), 3 meeting rooms, and a gym. The hotel welcomes both business and leisure guests. The hotel's diverse team brings together colleagues from around the world, creating a vibrant atmosphere. An interesting feature of the hotel is that we have our own bees, we sell their honey at the reception.
Job description   As an HR trainee you will become the contact person for the employees within the company. Besides this, you will be responsible for different administrative and HR related tasks. You will support the HR – manager, but will also will get room to work and explore independently.   What are the main tasks you are responsible for? 

• Training (onboarding, provide training, be a contact person etc.) 
• Social (holidays, birthdays etc.) 
• Recruitment and selection (vacancies, interviews, communication with candidates etc.) 
• Administration (process salaries, absenteeism, contracts etc.)
