As a GM&E Intern (Jan/ Feb 2026), you will support the GM&E team across our six unique hotels, contributing to both reactive sales and event operations. You'll be involved in a wide range of activities, including planning, execution, internal communication, and coordination with various departments to ensure seamless event delivery. • Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, group stays, and events.
• Support GM&E team with daily administrative tasks and client communication.
• Liaise with operational departments to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage follow-up processes related to events and group bookings.

Who we're looking for:

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
• You are passionate about hospitality, guest service, and event planning.
• You have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• You are available to work up to 38 hours per week for a minimum of six months.
• You are enrolled in a university during the entire internship period.
