As a Front Office Trainee, you'll be shaping unforgettable experiences from the very start. Your role will be essential in turning everyday interactions into memorable moments, ensuring our guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return.
The ScriptAs a Front Office Trainee at INK Hotel Amsterdam, you'll be at the heart of guest experiences. Your role begins with warmly welcoming guests at check-in, ensuring they feel at home and sharing your insider knowledge of Amsterdam's best spots to visit and eat. By offering personalized recommendations, you'll help guests make the most of their stay, leaving them eager to return.Throughout the day, you'll answer phone calls with a friendly and helpful attitude, providing guests with information and assistance. You'll be the go-to person for any questions or special requests, ensuring every guest has everything they need.In addition to guest interactions, you'll gain experience with hotel management systems like PMS (Opera), Resaweb, and Hotellink, while supporting senior team members with tasks like cashier closures. You'll also help enroll guests in the ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyalty program and promote hotel services through upselling and cross-selling.You'll work on exciting projects led by your internship coach, developing both creative and operational skills, while contributing to the hotel's success. With a focus on achieving guest satisfaction, you'll work toward targets that ensure each guest has a memorable experience.This internship offers the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of luxury hotel operations while helping maintain the high service standards that define INK Hotel Amsterdam.

It's here where stories were written and immortalized in ink—making our hotel the perfect place 'Where stories are yet to be written.' Our vibrant restaurant, PRESSROOM, is the heart of the hotel, offering delicious dishes and unique cocktails crafted by our talented chefs and bartenders, serving both guests and locals alike.

Job requirements

We're looking for a motivated, service-oriented individual who:

• Speaks fluent English (other languages are a bonus!).
• Loves helping others and organizing.
• Is currently studying hospitality or tourism.
• Is available from June/July or August/September 2026 for at least 5 months
• Is available to work 38 hours per week (including weekends)
