As a factory worker in concrete in Lemmer, you will be responsible for cleaning concrete molds and applying oil so that fresh concrete does not stick. Together with your colleagues, you will prepare the molds and place the reinforcement steel before pouring the concrete. Even though you make the same product every day, you will have varied tasks based on technical drawings, making your work interesting and diverse.

During your introduction period, you will start with the basics as a factory worker. You will then have the opportunity to grow into an operator role on the concrete pouring or finishing machines. Training is available to expand your knowledge about concrete, and you will learn how to read technical drawings.

• Available for 32-40 hours per week in day shifts (Monday through Friday)
• Experience in construction is an advantage
• Physically fit enough to handle the work
• MBO work and thinking level gained through education or experience
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or English
• Driver's license and own transport to the workplace

Our client specializes in manufacturing prefab concrete products and is located in Lemmer, Kampen, Emmeloord, and Lelystad. They operate nationwide in residential construction, commercial building, and structural works.

• Salary between €2,600 and €2,650 gross per month
• Travel expense reimbursement
• 8.33% holiday allowance

• Working hours between 07:00 and 16:00 (Monday to Friday)
