We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Housekeeper for our branch in Uden. In this role, you will be responsible for the systematic cleaning and maintenance of the work environment in the production and facility areas. Your main tasks and responsibilities during a working day are as follows:

• Cleaning production areas, machines, and equipment in collaboration with production employees.
• Cleaning facility spaces, including areas such as refrigerators, blow-off cabins, etc.
• Supporting and coordinating cleaning activities performed by external parties.
• Addressing employees and external parties regarding cleanliness and order.

You will work in a small team but also interact with colleagues on the production floor.

The following qualifications are required:

• Several years of experience in a similar role or within the (industrial) cleaning industry;
• Ability to independently develop and execute a cleaning plan;
• Capability to prioritize and adapt to changes, such as customer visits;
• Proficiency in Dutch or English;
• Strong interpersonal skills for providing instructions and feedback to employees regarding cleanliness and order;
