As a Front Office Host(ess), you are the face of the hotel, creating a warm and memorable first impression for every guest. You will manage arrivals and departures, handle guest requests, and ensure a smooth and efficient front office operation throughout your shift. This role is key in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a welcoming and organised front desk environment. The position is a full-time role (38 hours per week), ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and enjoys connecting with people. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and all front desk operations efficiently
• Handle guest requests, questions, and feedback in a proactive and service-minded way
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate guest records and complete administrative tasks
• Provide local recommendations and enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth daily operations

Essential Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) mandatory
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in Front Office or a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
• Knowledge of Utrecht or willingness to develop local expertise
• Additional language skills are an advantage
