Your role in the journeyAs a Bellman, you are the hotel's ambassador at the entrance. You create a warm welcome and assist guests with ease and elegance. Your responsibilities include:Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assisting with luggage handling and escorting guests to their rooms.
• Opening doors and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Supporting valet parking services and coordinating transportation requests.
• Assisting with taxi arrangements and guest inquiries.
• Ensuring the hotel entrance, lobby and surrounding areas remain welcoming and presentable.

Job requirements
What you'll bring

• A valid driving license.
• A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
• A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work day, evening and night shifts.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Previous hotel experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
