Are you an (Senior) Engineer ready to leave your mark on world-class superyachts, built to the highest standards of custom craftsmanship? This is your chance to join a dedicated team working on exclusive, state-of-the-art vessels that redefine luxury and innovation.

In this role, you will contribute directly to the design and engineering of the yacht's exterior and deck areas. You will transform creative ideas into technical solutions, ensuring manufacturability, compliance, and aesthetic quality throughout every phase of the build. Your primary responsibility will be the engineering and customization of the yacht’s exterior and deck areas. From sleek design lines to the integration of functional deck equipment, your work will ensure both form and function meet flawlessly in every vessel.

 Develop accurate and detailed 3D models, drawings, and engineering documents for yacht exterior and deck systems.  Translate design concepts into practical, buildable engineering solutions.  Ensure designs meet Class and Flag standards, along with specific project and company requirements.  Evaluate feasibility, technical integrity, and manufacturability of design proposals.  Resolve design and production-related challenges quickly and efficiently.  Collaborate closely with senior engineers, production teams, and project stakeholders to maintain quality and meet deadlines.

Functie-eisen
 A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Maritime Technology, or a similar technical field.  Between 2 and 5 years of engineering experience within the shipbuilding industry.  Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD, with a preference for experience in Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and Cadmatic.  A strong grasp of shipbuilding construction methods, particularly in exterior outfitting and deck integration.  Familiarity with production workflows and practical knowledge of how design decisions impact buildability.  Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.  A precise, detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering work.
