What will you be doing? Your mission is to turn every visit into a memorable experience. As a true HitchHiker, you are the face of the restaurant: laid-back, with hospitality at heart. We aim to give our guests a high-end experience with our HitchHike mentality. Together with your teammates, you guide guests through our wide selection of wines, lunch, cocktails and dinner dishes. As a HitchHike restaurant team member, you'll make sure the morning starts with the perfect barista coffee, the after-work cocktails flow smoothly, and every lunch and dinner runs seamlessly. Shifts start flexibly at 3:00, 4:00 or 5:00 PM and never exceed 8 hours per working day, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Job requirements
Who you are Someone with an eye for detail, flair, and fun. You understand that hospitality is all about the complete picture – atmosphere, service, and that great vibe. You take initiative, think in solutions, and always bring the energy to make it happen with your team. You also tick these boxes:

• You've already gained some hospitality experience and know how to put on a bit of a show.
• You're a communication ninja with service running through your veins.
• You're available for evening shifts, including weekends.
• You're a true team player with a killer attitude and unstoppable work ethic.
• Your look is always on point, and you radiate hospitality like no other.
• Available for fulltime, and who brings several years of experience.

• A salary in salary group III of the Horeca Collective Labor Agreement. We pay 7,5% above the catering collective labor agreement! ;

TRIBE Den Haag Centraal vacaturesMedio 2025 zal het voormalige Mercure hotel gerebrand worden naar TRIBE Den Haag Centraal. TRIBE is het nieuwste merk van ACCOR en bestaat op dit moment uit 20 hotels, met nog eens 60 hotel in de pipeline tot 2026. TRIBE is in 2017 in Australië ontstaan en is een antwoord op de wetenschap dat reizigers tegenwoordig meer dan ooit verlangen naar designhotels.Gedefinieerd door hoe mensen willen leven en reizen, richt TRIBE zich op de dingen die er echt toe doen: intelligente, functionele, designgerichte hotels die onze gasten alles geven wat ze nodig hebben en niets wat ze niet nodig hebben.Na de rebranding naar TRIBE Den Haag Centraal, is dit het tweede hotel in de Benelux dat wordt geïntroduceerd.
